KcalMotion Dance ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use KcalMotion Dance.
KcalMotion Dance requires access to your device camera to provide real-time AI motion tracking, pose estimation, dance activity analysis, and calorie estimation.
Camera frames used for AI motion analysis are processed on your device. KcalMotion Dance does not upload or store your camera photos, videos, or camera frames in Firebase Realtime Database.
KcalMotion Dance may process and store workout-related information, including:
Workout history and fitness progress used by the App are primarily stored locally on your device.
If you participate in features such as the Global Leaderboard, limited leaderboard information described below may be transmitted to and stored using Firebase services.
KcalMotion Dance uses Google Firebase services to provide certain online features.

Firebase Anonymous Authentication may be used to create an anonymous unique user identifier (UID). This allows the App to associate leaderboard information with an App user without requiring a traditional account using an email address and password.
Firebase Realtime Database is used to provide and maintain the Global Leaderboard.
If you use or participate in the Global Leaderboard, the App may process and store limited information required to provide this feature.

This information is used to display leaderboard rankings, identify a user's leaderboard entry, maintain leaderboard integrity, and provide Global Leaderboard functionality.
A nickname entered for the leaderboard should not contain sensitive personal information.
KcalMotion Dance may use a country code associated with the user's device or App environment to display a country flag on the Global Leaderboard.
The country code is used for leaderboard presentation. KcalMotion Dance does not require precise GPS location to provide the Global Leaderboard country flag feature.
KcalMotion Dance does not require users to create a traditional account using an email address or password in order to use the core workout functionality.
The App does not intentionally request information such as:
For online features such as the Global Leaderboard, an anonymous Firebase UID and the limited leaderboard information described in this Privacy Policy may be processed.
KcalMotion Dance uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google AdMob and related Google services may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, interactions with advertisements, and other information necessary to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services.
The handling of information by Google and AdMob is subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.
KcalMotion Dance may offer Premium subscriptions or other in-app purchases through Google Play.
Payments are processed by Google Play. KcalMotion Dance does not directly receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.
The App may receive information from Google Play necessary to determine purchase or subscription status and provide Premium features.
KcalMotion Dance may use third-party services including:
These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and security practices.
Workout history and fitness information stored locally on your device remain on the device until you delete the relevant data, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App, depending on the type of locally stored information.
Information stored for the Global Leaderboard may remain in Firebase Realtime Database while it is necessary to provide the leaderboard feature or until the information is deleted at the user's request, subject to legitimate security, legal, or technical requirements.
Anonymous authentication information may also be retained by Firebase as necessary to provide the Firebase Authentication functionality used by the App.
KcalMotion Dance does not retain camera photos, videos, or camera frames in Firebase Realtime Database as part of its AI motion analysis.
Users may delete locally stored workout information using available deletion controls within KcalMotion Dance where provided.
Users may also remove locally stored App data through the Android device settings or by uninstalling KcalMotion Dance.

Please include the words "KcalMotion Dance Data Deletion Request" in your request and provide enough information to help us identify the relevant leaderboard record.
After we can reasonably identify the relevant record, we will process the deletion request and remove the applicable KcalMotion Dance leaderboard data, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical purposes.
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information handled by KcalMotion Dance.
Access to Firebase leaderboard data is controlled using Firebase Authentication and Firebase security rules.
AI camera processing is designed so that camera frames used for motion analysis are processed on the device rather than being stored in the KcalMotion Dance Firebase Realtime Database.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
KcalMotion Dance does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at dvnhadatvnn@gmail.com so that we can review the request and take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy when KcalMotion Dance features, services, or data practices change.
Any updated Privacy Policy will be published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will indicate when the policy was most recently revised.
